Happy Yak Bengali Rice
Inspired by their travels to India, our team has developed this vegetarian dish bursting with colours and flavours. Crunchy pistachios, sweet aromas of curry and coriander, tender vegetables and rice make up this most original and unique dish which is bound to please your exotic culinary penchant.

Combine the cold water and the contents of the bag. Mix well. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Cover, remove from heat and let stand for 5-7 minutes.
Add boiling water, mix well and seal bag. Let stand for 15-18 minutes, stirring once or twice.
