    First timer with stainless…

    I think this pan is amazing. It’s very light and does not take a large footprint in a backpack. It’s a bit tricky for a guy like me who has always cooked in Teflon pans. I used this over a natural wood fire in a cinder block rocket stove. Fried some burger patties on it nicely. Clean up was relatively easy (a bit of light scrubbing) in warm water and regular dish soap. (Again was not used to cooking in it so mess was stuck on and burnt in. Not sure if it would have been quite as easy on a riverbed with silt sand… All in all another great piece of pathfinder gear.
