All the knives in the Rough Ryder Red Fox Series feature 440 stainless steel blades with match strike pulls and a satin finish. The handles are warm black and red Micarta with a Red Fox Micarta shield, nickel silver pins and bolsters, brass liners, and red synthetic spacers. This Rough Ryder Red Fox Trapper has clip point and spey blades. It's 4.13" closed.

Above average fit and finish for a RR. No significant gapping between the springs or liners. G10 handle scales are clean and tight. While they look sharp, they are a touch smooth. Blades are straight and well-aligned. Edge grinds are predominatly even and both were sharp out of the box. Pins are flush. While attractive, the blade swedges can bite I to the hand, with the used blade, on a tight grip. Pleased overall. Have a few pieces from the Red Fox line. All are of the same general quality.
